My child can't access their Google Classroom.
First step to avoid any errors is to sign out of all email accounts on Google.com by clicking the Logo at the top right of Google and clicking "Sign out of all accounts" Now sign back in with your child's school email account first. This should give them access to all their Google Classrooms here.
My child can't hear the Video Conferencing or can not be heard properly.
When video conferencing, it's best to use a headset with a microphone. You can pick these up at most shops. Try to get a "USB" headset with microphone as this is the simplest and easiest to use.
Also make sure that they haven't accidentally muted the speakers or microphone.
I need help - Who do I contact?
My Student needs help in Class. Who do I contact?
Students can ask for help within their Google Classroom. Log into your Classroom. Click People at the top, click the ... beside your Teacher and click Email
What's the teachers emails?
